「I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville!」

「The support service was poor. After I complained about the issues in the room, after 24 hours, the cleaning staff temporarily tried to address the issue. There is no maintenance on the site. It is shared with another site. The room was clean when I checked in but during my stay of 3 days the room was not cleaned. The balcony was clean. The building and room code was sent at 3:50 pm.
