「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Clean and ample rooms, friendliest staff ever!, A restaurant and bar serving delicious food and great drinks. The included parking, a nice pool with a pool bar, and cozy shared spaces makes the Hollander a gem that you would want to come back to time and time again.」

「Staff are very welcoming. Stay feels like you’re living in a cozy historic house. We liked the fruit verity at breakfast. The location is convenient whether you want to go to the beach or to downtown. Highly recommend this hotel. 」

「The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.」

「Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…」
