「Disappointed that the beach Club area closes at 6 pm. The infinity pool is located there and has no lifeguard on duty so would have been nice to take a dip - also the lap pool was down (traveling with college swimmers and wanting a am workout) - one reason we chose the Palmetto. Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room.」

「Very clean and right across from the beach. This is the second time I stayed here. I will go back again.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「The Hollander was such a great stay. The staff are all EXCELLENT and so helpful. We had to keep adding data to our stay because we were looking for a property rental, and each time we were tended to with care and a room to stay. Will highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they come to visit me in Sunshine City. Thank you, Hollander and staff! You guys are amazing!」
