「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「Beautiful and spacious」

「再電梯附近的房間會有點吵」

「客房服務-額外提供熱水壺煮熱水」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. It means a lot to us because of the Taste of Chicago event, I got to see the fireworks from the huge windows. Highlighted our honeymoon, thank you,...

「早餐區職員很好, 早餐豐富 房間比較細 5時至7時有 no pay happy hour, 免費酒水及小食」

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」

「We were a bit underwhelmed with our stay at The Emily Hotel, especially considering the price. The rooms were very dark, with limited lighting, which made it difficult to get ready. We also found that the hotel was lacking in amenities, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay. While the hotel has a stylish aesthetic and a great location, we felt that the experience didn’t quite justify the price. For what you pay, we would have expected brighter, more functional rooms and a...

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「Everything! Great staff!」
