My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. 「Loris and Lorenzo were very responsive with communications. Loris was absolutely fantastic with any of our needs. She arranged porters for our large luggage, recommended restaurants and made reservations for us; and booked us for a sunset cruise. She was efficient and pleasant. Make sure when making a reservation that you book the property near the pharmacy. They have multiple properties and the other one is far up the hill」

「From start to near finish (we’re still here), this hotel ticks all the right boxes. I felt compelled to write this review even before the end of our stay - it was/is that good. We arrived quite late and the town was very busy. We had to park the car just outside to unload the bags. The receptionist staff came to great us (to check if we were staying there). He then told us to leave bags in lobby while we looked for a parking space - which was at a premium due to a public holiday. While we were...

「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」
