We absolutely loved our stay at the Fleur Noir Hotel. It was a short distance to the centre of the city. Lots of things to do and see close by. There were many restaurants near by as well lots to choose from. We really enjoyed the creative atmosphere that is Fleur Noir. The heated pool was lovely, the staff were amazing and for the girls trip we had planned it was excellent. I don’t know if we will get back to Palm Springs but if we do it will definitely be our first choice.

Beautiful interior decor, large room and bathroom and separate room with sink, tables and chairs and small fridge was so great. The staff were extremely friendly. The grounds and common areas are decorated beautifully. Will definitely be back.

I’m obsessed with this hotel. It is unbelievably cute and the owners have thought of so many amazing touches. We particularly loved the free La Croix sparkling water available in the clubhouse. Also, shout out to Brie for being a seriously fabulous host!

10/10! Such a wonderful stay! Fleur Noire’s rooms were comfortable, grounds were warm and inviting, staff went out of their way to accommodate, pool area was fun and lovely, flower art on the walls were wonderful, amenities were generous! The Fleur Noire Hotel was super cute. Check-in was easy, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the pantry and Rose bar were a nice touch. Wish we could've stayed longer than one night.

There are so many positives from our stay here that it is too hard to list them all. Property was beautiful and even better than in the pictures. Loved the "breakfast" included which really was healthy snacks available throughout the day. It was so useful having the free bike rentals that enabled us to easily get closer to the main part of downtown. Bus stop was also conveniently located. Heyday was a yummy burger place just steps from the property.

This is a sweet getaway. We had Room 3 which had a small living area; most of the rooms just had a big bedroom and you'd pretty much have to keep your curtains closed as people can just look in. We were satisfied with our choice to stay here, although there's a leather chair in the living room in Room 3 that's an embarrassment at the price we paid to stay.

I love Fleur Noire Boutique Hotel. I had a unique experience there . I am planning on coming back with some of my friends. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay and I did. It was more then I expected. This place is super cute, well decorated. I love the vibe there . The pantry, the bike, the hair products, lotion etc.... were a plus. I can't wait to go back at Fleur Noir... A bientôt 😊

Managing expectations
I thought I should leave a honest review as there are so many overwhelmingly positive ones which could lead some people to be disappointed/mislead. There are some nice touches, free bikes, free soft drinks etc but fundamentally this is reviewed far too well. Our room was extremely large, in fact it had a kitchen, a living room, and bedroom so more like an apartment but felt like a slightly tired air bnb. The shower had a strange pebble effect on the floor and the plastic curtains are not what you’d epic from a hotel in PS at this price point. The AC was noisey, the layout of the room bizarre, mirrors by sinks in strange places, one tiny thin pool towels each and windows blinds you don’t want to open due to no views or no privacy. The property backs onto a fish restaurant which apparently is good but there is the strong wafting of fried fish which isn’t ideal. We liked the location and the instructions were very clear and the staff pleasant, the pool beds are comfy but this is not a luxury retreat. I felt compelled to write this to manage expectations of other guests - this is not a bad hotel at all but it is also not exceptional as the other guests have suggested.

Pros: Nice landscaping Bicycles Guest Pantry Good service Quiet, safe Cons: -Long walk from downtown if you can’t bike -Overpriced canned cocktails at bar, especially when liquor store right next door sells same thing for a third of the cost -High cost for the condition of the room and hotel. A fresh coat of paint doesn’t necessarily hide everything. Felt more shabby than chic. Walking around Palm Springs and seeing the beautiful modern luxury hotels with lower nightly costs did sting a little bit.
