「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room clean and quiet l. There is no elevator. Consider adding the information to description on all websites that offer rooms at your resort other than list floor. The shower head is old and does not work correctly. It needs to be changed. Consider adding a handheld. The toilet runs. It does flush correctly. Change it. The exhaust fan is old and sounds like a C-130 warming up. Also consider separate switches for bathroom light and fan. 「I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.」
