"The room was completely disgusting. Wallpaper coming off the walls, bathroom was full of water stains, rug was fully stained. The worst were the bugs around the room from the bedside table to the washroom. It is very run down room and would not consider staying again. The AC took literally hours to cool down the room and very noisy. "

Some items were forgotten and we had to request them again. I didn't expect to need to pull out the sofa bed, in addition to making it up. Wasn't great service!"
