Staff pleasant. Room condition pretty sad. Rotting wood around shower, loose tiles on the floor. Noisy mechanical sounds throughout the night. Comfortably firm mattress. Clean pool. Adequate coffee set up. Old place needs some refurbishing.

This is a cute little property with it's own retro charm. This was my fifth stay and unfortunately it will be my last. I can live with the pool being refurbished even though I booked a poolside room. But that's just the start. The chair broke and dumped me on the floor when I sat down. After over a week I still have the scab & bruise on my knee. A noise began at midnight, like tennis shoes in a dryer, and lasted until 6. I finally got up at 4 and made a video, recording the sound. The mini fridge froze & ruined my food. I found the front desk clerk at 6:30 and tried to explain and show him the video. He told me it "isn't worth nothing." And refused to look at it. He said he would throw away the chair, and that's great but how does it help me? He said it was my fault for putting my food in the fridge, and that the noise was probably "someone walking around upstairs." The noise was through the wall, not from the ceiling. After telling me "You know I don't have to be nice to you. " he refused to give me any contact information for the manager but said he would perhaps have him call me in a couple weeks He refused to give me his name also. The rudeness alone is worth a comped night. It was over the top.

Realmente no entiendo porque estos Hoteles no limpian, el techo no sabia si los moscos estaban vivos o muertos aplastados la puerta sucia cada que entraba o salia debia lavarme las manos. No basta con limpiar el piso y cambiar sabanas. No veo porque no hay excelencia. Al despertar dos cucarachas. Es una pena. Me gustaria hablar mejor del lugar. Y lo mejor a las 8:30 am alguien con su maquina para volar hojas por el pasillo, y saliendo limpió tambien que habia colillas de cigarros. Solo nos despertó y no limpio.

Pessima esperienza con l’aria condizionata Appena arrivati in camera, l’aria condizionata era spenta e all’esterno c’erano 45°C, con in camera solo pochi gradi in meno. L’abbiamo accesa subito, ma dopo circa due ore la situazione non è migliorata: il condizionatore emetteva aria fredda solo per qualche minuto, per poi passare all’aria calda. Per evitare di sentirci male, siamo stati costretti a fare docce fredde. Pulizia decisamente scarsa e dotazione in pessime condizioni. Siamo andati in reception, ma il personale ci ha fornito solo scuse tecniche e soluzioni poco concrete. Alla fine, consapevoli di perdere i soldi della stanza, abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura. Esperienza decisamente terribile

First time here after being recommended by a relative and it did not disappoint the pool is great for a dip to cool down, nice room with everything you will need. The staff was also supper friendly and very knowledgeable about things to do while in town. Will definitely stay again when visiting Palm Springs

Judging by the way that it looked from the pictures looked online & the outside of the property I really thought that we would’ve had a more comfortable updated and not to mention AC!!!! As soon as we walked in, the AC was not turned on. it was about 100° inside the room the furniture even felt hot. It wasn’t ideal to walk into a hot room with no AC on at a hotel. That was definitely a first for me. Not only that but the room wasn’t clean. It was picked up, but that’s about it. It was very outdated room. The furniture & bathroom felt like I was living in the 90s.

Very friendly man at the Office. We had a Nice room at the swimming pool. It was warm but the airco did a great job. Bed was fine and also coffee in the room. For such a cheap motel we had a great stay!
