「This is our 2nd return stay at WCI in 8 weeks. We celebrated my wife's birthday then, and returned to celebrate my birthday on this trip. It was equally as enjoyable this time. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. The Tapestry host Juan remembered us from our previous visit. He remaines personable, efficient, and attentive. We appreciate the evening wine reception. 「Everyone was wonderful. The closet doors were a bit too big for the opening which made it a little difficult to put things in or take them out.」

「My room was clean however, the faucet was falling off the wall in the bathroom, the lock broke on my son's room and they ended up having to switch rooms. The staff at the front desk was rude when I arrived. I found the breakfast to be very pricey for what I received. 」

「Upon arrival, we were informed that the pet fee was $30 per night even though the site said it was $20 per night. I asked if we would get the price quoted on the website and no, we were informed again that it was now 30 dollars per night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The A/C unit was very loud. We had to turn it off to watch TV and to sleep. 」
