"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."

"Hostal Muller was an absolutely amazing stay right near the main street (O'Higgins) in Pucon. Our room even had a direct view of Villarica. The owners were very accommodating and even helped us book expeditions while we were there. The room and bathroom were much bigger than anticipated, breakfast was included, entry and exit were very easy. I couldn't speak better about this place. If you are looking for an easy and well priced hotel room in Pucon, Hostal Muller is the place."
