Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

The owner are so good and accommodating. I got lost on my way here and the owner offer to pick me up for free since I'm 5 minutes drive away from them. I didn't take it though because getting lost is part of my adventure 😅. They also offer beach towel. My experience here is beyond my expectation. It is highly recommended.

Loved the place and the people! This quiet spot is clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony. The property has a lovely garden. The breakfast was delicious. The bnb is an easy walk to the beach, which has gorgeous white sand. You can easily catch a bus to the historic centre of Palermo to sightsee. The bus takes about 20 minutes to downtown Palermo. Valerio greeted us with his excellent English, providing a warm welcome, bus directions, restaurant advice, and making arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. He also got up early to prepare breakfast, including cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice from the oranges in the garden. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Good breakfast, calm location, and convenient access to Palermo’s city center. The only downsides were the slightly thin walls—you could occasionally hear neighboring rooms—and that the cleaning staff forgot to restock the toilet paper in our room.

Un très bon endroit pour séjourner non loin de Palerme mais aucune insonorisation... Même avec des bouchons d’oreilles on entend les voisins parler, tousser ou ronfler. La literie est moyennement confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et la personne qui s’en occupe très agréable. La plage de Mondello est superbe ! Nous recommandons ce lieu malgré les désagréments évoqués.

Eine Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Leider gab es nicht so viele Lokale in der Umgebung. Dafür muss man an den Strand gehen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war etwas wenig, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

We recieved a excellent and very kind service. The two brothers has really done an incredible jobb keeping the guests happy. Such a nice hospitality. Clean and beautiful room with a nice private garden area. Coming for sure back!
