"Lovely room "

"Excellent Waterfront Hotel with very good facilities. Since it was early Spring some facilities were not available the indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to train station and ferry etc thereby enabling comfortable commute. The Last Hall restaurant was very good in terms of food and service and so was the Bar / Lounge near the lobby. Overall great property, great location and great staff. "

"The property is spotless. The view from the room was special. Breakfast was everything you needed, well presented and tasty, with good gluten free options available without having to ask. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again."

"The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book. "
