「We had the first floor suite or mini apartment with fridge (freezer box above it) microwave, kettle, full size dishwasher and sink. 「I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is immaculately clean, centrally located for boats to the islands with great amenities including our highlight which was the roof top bar. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful and the breakfast was fabulous! From being shown to our room and given a tour and suggestions for the visit, every member of staff was wonderful and welcoming! We stay in lots of hotels and this is one of our favourites. Would definitely recommend! 」

「The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one.」

「Lake view from or balcony and rooftop terrace. Buffet breakfast was grest. Clean room with fresh towels each day. Location was good, 15 stroll along the lakeside into Stresa. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Well recommended. Would definitely stop here again.」

「Our stay was just perfect. The rooms were clean and pre-heated when arriving. From the place itself it's easy to get to the towns around or to Milan. Drive time and ease to get to Malpensa was certainly great for us.」

「Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.」
