「We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden.」

「Very large three person room. Outstanding location in the city center. Easy to walk to both train stations. Outstanding restaurant and bar options nearby and right by the lake. Yaiza Is an amazing hostess with perfect food, bar and travel recommendations. We loved Bar Hemingway (amazing bar and apps) and pizza at Donnarumma. Highly recommend Alessia’s Place!!」

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

「Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Good breakfast - buffet style with enough hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Would recommend this hotel already, but the location and transport links really help.」
