「Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.」

Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e il check in, abbiamo tardato rispetto all’ora di arrivo prevista e sono stati molto gentili nell’attenderci. Consigliamo vivamente.」

De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! 「We booked the compact double room. We checked in and shown to our room in the loft area (room 512) The room was spotless and seemed to have been newly tiled and decorated. The space was huge, with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were very happy with this even though no view there are velour windows to let light and air in. Fantastic room and space. Breakfast was hit and miss, this will be subjective to everyone's taste. I enjoyed the cereal bar selection with yoghurts and pastries. ...
