「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」

「What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo. Looking forward to staying with Piazza Paradiso accommodation again. We will definitely recommend Piazza Paradiso to all our friends visiting Siena!」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Perfect location to explore Siena, right on the Campo. The apartment was warm and comfortable. As to be expected in such a central location, the noise & music from then restaurants on the piazza was loud till the early hours on Saturday night (so bring earplugs) but the other night was fine. 」
