「GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. So many Siena sites and churches and shopping within easy walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negative was that there weren’t any spaces or couches to...

「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」
