"This hotel was gorgeous!! Perfect beach, like a dream. The upgraded room was beautiful and worth every cent. The only reason I am rating this slightly lower, is because 60% of the staff is SO rude. To start off positive- the morning breakfast staff were so kind and welcoming. The beach bar staff- SO great! Maybe 1 of the receptionists and room service, also kind. Besides for that- never in my life have I stayed at such a beautiful hotel with such unfriendly staff. Practically anytime we would try to kindly ask for help (a taxi reserved, reservation at dinner, to pay the bill at the hotel restaurant), we were met with an eye roll and unfriendly reply. Not sure if it’s a cultural difference but it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced this in Europe or Italy specifically- so worth noting!! Still the pros outweighed the cons and we had a great time once we changed our expectations of the level of service. <3"

The location is perfect The hosts Beppe and Mara were very accommodating they really made a difference they attended to all our needs they are hands on we felt like part of their family . They know Cefalu very well and made excellent suggestions and reservations for us The suites are modern clean and beautiful We stayed 6 nights we loved Cefalu and can’t wait to come back next year 👍"

"Best location and staff. We stayed in the Junior Suite looking over the Square with a full view of the Cathedral. Even better, the 360 degree views from the rooftop terrace. What made our trip so special was the kind care and planning coordination assistance of Federico and Vittorio. The sunset boat tour with Federico was the highlight of our long weekend in Cefalu. Highly recommend."

"Exceptional stay in historic Cefalù! The location in the heart of the historic downtown is unbeatable. The property is spotlessly clean and remarkably well-maintained throughout. On hot summer days, the air conditioning works perfectly to keep the room cool and comfortable. Best of all, the ocean views are absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Salamare Rooms & Suites and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, with views of the sea from our room. We stayed in Room 9 (Junior Suite), which had a fantastic balcony. We loved being able to pop down for a swim, return to relax, then head back out to watch the beautiful sunset. Before we arrived, the team sent clear parking directions, making check-in completely stress-free. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent local recommendations and even made restaurant bookings for us. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding, with an amazing selection and what has to be one of the best breakfast views in Cefalù. As a family with coeliac disease, we needed gluten-free breakfasts, and nothing was ever a problem. Every morning they had something fresh and delicious waiting for us, which we really appreciated. The combination of the unbeatable location, exceptional hospitality, beautiful rooms and outstanding breakfast made this a truly relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Salamare Rooms & Suites and can’t wait to return."
