"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "We really enjoyed our stay, although for just one night. The location is convenient, and the environment at the hotel is lovely. The best part was the staff at the front desk. They were warm and welcoming and very eager to help make our stay as nice as possible."
