"Wayy better than we expected. We love exploring boutique hotels, and Faustino did not lack in any area. The Spa is included, which is something other hotel of this caliber charge for. Also location of the hotel is something to really consider - if you are planning Menorca. We wish we extended our stay here."

"We visited Cuitadella for a festival and chose this hotel as we felt it would be well located to pop back and forth to the activities, which it was. We booked the suite on the top floor as this also had a small outside space. We appreciated we were in the eaves of the roof and there would be compromises when maneuvering around the room, but it was a little frustrating at times and almost impossible not to catch your head when making drinks and accessing storage. We also found access to the toilet via the shower area a little annoying when the floor was wet, but appreciated they likely didn't have an option when designing the room due to the shape of the space. The bed was large and the bedding high quality. The room was nice and quiet with ample light throughout the day, although the wash area was a little dark at night. On arrival we were asked to select a sitting for breakfast from 3 options due to the breakfast room being small. We found we had approximately 45 mins to have breakfast and then needed to leave, which was not particually relaxing. The food was nice, but due to a small serving area things ran out quickly. The team kept topping up but it all felt a little frenetic. The honesty bar was welcome, especially as the hotel was not always manned. A beautiful hotel, as represented on website, with lovely staff, but we did not feel our room and b/fast arrangements quite represented good value for the relatively high cost and would unlikely stay again."

"Lovely room, aesthetically pleasing clean and just perfect for me and my teenage kids. Location also great. We had a car little tricky with the chargeable parking but once the app was downloaded it made it easier. We were advised there was free parking on roads behind but basically impossible to find. Luckily the parking was very affordable. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We didn’t do the breakfast at the hotel but walking past it looked good. We instead walked across the road to the square for ours. Particularly pretty is the old town and the port. Found it slightly odd with no front of house staff however any questions were replied to quickly. But still prefer to have someone on hand hence the 4star. It was nevertheless a great place to stay"
