「The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. 「We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year」

「Das Hotel bietet große Zimmer ausgestattet mit allem was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Für Sommer- und Wintersport sind Einrichtungen zur Aufbewahrung des Equipments vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm kann ggf. aber auch in der Hauptsaison schnell voll werden.Er war in der Zeit meiner Anwesenheit nicht stark besucht. Schöne Wandertouren für jedes Level sind vom Hotel aus einfach zu beginnen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Werde sicher wieder kommen.」

「We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options 」
