What a friendly find with everything right there.

Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!

Overall positive stay mostly due to the sauna The apartment room was ok but it was such dry warm that was making impossible to sleep well and despite turning off heating and opening window in a snowing night it was still warm… Restaurant was also good price/money wise

Location

Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water.

Good place to stay

Easy check in, helpful staff. Clean and very comfortable room, hotel is in a great location. Accessible for walking/hiking and cycling. Secure on site storage for bikes.

Don’t do it. The hotel receptionist was rude. She did not want to give us the two bedrooms with three beds that we reserved. She said the five of us in our party could only have one bedroom for two people. After arguing for an hour with her they agreed to giving us the two rooms we had reserved but ended up charging us more than we were quoted on Expedia. I do not recommend.

Chambre à choisir en étage et fenêtres fermées

La chambre rénovée était jolie et propre mais il y a plusieurs points négatifs. Notre chambre (n°12) située sous le restaurant est extrêmement bruyante dès 7h du matin lors de l'installation du petit déjeuner: bruit continu de chaises et de meubles qu'on deplace et qui font vibrer les murs. La chambre n'est ventilée que lorsque la lumière de la sdb est allumée et les routes des 2 côtés sont passantes et bruyantes. Le spa est agréable mais cela ne rattrape pas le fait d'être réveillé si tôt un samedi matin.

Evitar temporadas altas, para tener buen servicio.

A éviter en haute saison. Hotel agradable y comodo, pero desconsejo venir en temporada alta que estan bastante superados. Por ejemplo, nos paso que se les olvido hacer la habitacion. A decirlo, ni pidieron disculpa, nos traeron unas toallas y hicieron la cama, nada mas. Sin embargo, se come muy bien y variado en el restaurante. Aunque de nuevo una de las noches, nos olvidaron y el servicio resulto muy lento. Y si quereís cenar tarde no se puede, el ultimo servicio es a las 19h45!

Hotellet är jättefint och vi fick ett jättebra rum. Personalen var så kort och irriterad och ogästvänlig så det var tur vi bara skulle övernatta. Nästa gång sover vi hellre i bilen.

La chambre est parfaite vue sur les montagnes le soleil couchant. Tout est rénové salle de bain parfaite avec WC séparé installation électrique parfaite. Le personnel est adorable (Repas du soir et petit déjeuner).je reviendrai certainement.
