"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. "The property is very nice and overall well-maintained. Just a few minor details keep me from giving 5 stars. 1. Access directions are accurate but could be made better by explaining how to get the gate key first (it’s kept off-site) and then how to get in the room 2) Basic supplies given are minimal at best. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is just not enough. Also only one trash bag given and absolutely no simple condiments like salt and pepper. These are items you shouldn’t have to...

"To stay was great. The hot tub was down. And the second floor had construction. But all in all it was a good visit. Whenever just finished being reconstructed I would even consider staying again. The people are great. They solved a problem for me or rather compensated me for the problem and tried to make the problem less of an issue. Thank you for my stay."
