「Wonderful staff and they make everything easy and accessible. We accidentally left our key in the room the day we were leaving and the staff came in early to help us out to make it tut to the airport on time!! It’s a great area too! Not too congested with tourist and absolutely gorgeous 」

「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「Very friendly staffs and have various choices of drinks in mini bar. Overall it’s hygienic and the neighbourhood is safe and surrounded by good bakeries and restaurants. Slight noises between floors were heard but the hotel provided earplugs.」

「The room is very comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the metro station, and a supermarket, with a safe and secure environment. The elevator is small but efficient. Although it can only carry three passengers at a time, it’s a great convenience for travelers with large luggage, saving them the hassle of carrying it up the stairs. That’s wonderful! The Wi-Fi connection is very smooth.」

「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...

「The Petit Beaumarchais is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. It is perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. They are comfortable and faultless in detail. 「I only stayed in this hotel one night for transition but love it very much! The staff is friendly, the room is nicely designed and clean. The only thing which is not a downside for me but some people might have concern is the room is small - which is understandable in an area like this in Paris. But just wanted to mention for people who like spaciousness.」
