「This property in the middle of everything and very conveniently located. If you need Wi-Fi, it’s very good. The bathroom is modern, the beds are comfortable. We didn’t get laundry service, but it’s available for a fee. The property is very clean and well lit. Please note that some properties are located on a higher floor if you have accessibility issues. The only recommendation I would make is that we were four adults, and so the second bedroom would benefit from a bigger bed to accommodate two...

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. 「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...
