「The concierge was excellent. She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. Very accommodating! Hotel was nice and new, and in a part of town near many restaurants, shopping, the bus terminal, and the history old town. 」

Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. 「Very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast included, if you find they run out of certain foods, just ask for it. Some building works are going on outside, assume is temporary! Hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance to the medieval castle, harbour, shopping centre. By bus is easy access to visit different beaches. I would recommend the hotel! 」
