「Wir hatten zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 11 Jahre) ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. An der Poolbar gab es einfaches, aber leckeres Frühstück für jeden Geschmack, auch den restlichen Tag wurden Speisen jederzeit frisch zubereitet. Und besonders gut haben uns die Cocktails gefallen, die von dem freundlichen Barkeeper zubereitet wurden. Der Sandstrand fängt nach 1-2 Minuten Fußweg an, direkt am Hotel ist es felsig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! 」

「We had wonderful time lodging in the junior suite overlooking the pool area and Aegean. The staff was very attentive and the food was good here too. The beach itself is a bit rocky but easily overcome. The area has many restaurants including one that is part of the family ownership: it was excellent.」

「This was an our first time to Crete. This hotel is so lovely, clean, the pools are really lovely and the staff were all excellent. The room was clean and had a little kitchen area. We will definitely go back to this hotel again.」

「The food was probably the most disappointing thing about High Beach. There were large quantities of food and they were varied. The desserts were generally excellent, the breads were delicious and the cold and uncooked items were generally good but the hot and cooked foods were really poor. None of the food that was supposed to be hot was actually hot. It was all tepid. Even the soup which was in its own supposedly heated electric tureen was barely warm. Dishes which were just delivered from...

「The hotel delivered what made us choose it: location right in front of the beach, pool, nearby a broad offer of restaurants and other commodities. We were also positively impress by the service minded personnel. However, the cleaning was poor. The floor was often full of sand and dust were never cleaned from the surfaces. 」
