"Laut Angabe auf Hotels.com ist die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, aber ist sie nicht. Eine angebenene Telefonnummer ist nicht besetzt. Erst eine zweite Nummer konnte helfen, aber auch erst nachdem der Mann mehrmals telefonierte. Ich benötigte 45 Minuten um an mein Zimmer zu kommen. Zimmer war für eine Nacht OK. Rezeption am nächszen Tag freundlich, aber für mich war es nach dem Abend durch."
