「Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience...」

「The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

「when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
