gostamos de TUDO.. unica coisa o cafe começou a ser servido das 8 da manha as 9 hrs .. e deveria começar as7 .. pq pra quem vai passear levanta cedo .. Porém no domingo qndo pedi pra moça da cozinha se poderiamos Tomar um cafe.. ela prontamente nos ofereceu um cafe antes das 8 hrs SUPER querida .. ADORAMOS.. vamos voltar.. recomendo "

We left very early in the morning and they anticipated the breakfast service so we didn’t travel almost 2 hours with nothing. Place is quite new and super clean. "El dia mismo del check in nos avisaron por whatsapp que no podian recibirnos por mantenimiento del hotel. dijeron que habian avisado a expedia y a nosotros por correo, pero ese correo nunca apareció. Nos enviaron un voucher para otro hotel, sin consultarnos ni avisaron a expedia. Nos toco aceptar porque no teniamos muchas opciones, pero eso no se hace. El otro hotel no era mejor ni lleno nuestras expectativas. Eso no se hace."

"It might be a bit hard to find, but it's actually minutes away by car to Gramado. Know the path once and it's super convenient.
The property is huge, and has lots of greens. There is even a farm where I spotted an extraordinary golden long-tailed bird.
Wonderful bedding and nice heating. The hotel and my room are super clean and cozy."
