Paihia Waterfront Apartment was excellent! As like many others said, it was very clean. Perfect location in town to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry to Russell and to marina to board Bay of Islands cruises. My husband and I loved hanging out on our little patio in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful weather. John, was very helpful during our stay and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Beautiful apartment has everything you need, including secure undercover parking and in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything, plenty of food choices too. Room was clean and quiet. The host provided easy instructions for swlf checkin. We couldn't be happier, thank you!

On arrival (During standard hours) there was no-one at reception and we had to call to get let in. The facility is definitely understaffed. When entering our room we discovered that the aircon was out (Looks like for years) and was known to be out, but they tried to hide this from us. Eventually a portable but extremely noisy unit was provided. The drier didn't work, various other fixtures were hanging by a thread or loose. Disappointing given the premium price we paid and probably a breach of the consumer guarantees act

Arrived to ground floor apartment not on waterfront! Told that apartments with waterfront view are all privately owned. Spoke to lady host who couldn’t care less!Felt very disappointed and deceived by name of apartments. We had a view of the swimming pool which was a narrow strip were only one person could swim at a time. Ground floor apartments were all close together, noisy with little privacy. Apartment itself fine, plenty of room and clean. Could have stayed at home and experienced that.

The staff especially John. He was helpful, accomdating and so friendly. The room is excellent and very clean. Amenities- all there everything you need. It was really a good stay, we’ll definitely comeback. Thank you Paihia Watertfront Suites, you made a our vacation extra memorable! ❤️

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Lots of homey touches like fresh milk and bottles of water. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Bed was comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedroom. Great location for everything in Paihia. A gorgeous scenic spot right on the water.
