A fabulous little motel with swimming pool and hot tub across the road from the beach. Friendly and welcoming and an amazing room with fab sea views. A really great bathroom and the shower was absolutely awesome - wow! A lovely kitchen area and a huge bed. We loved it and would happily stay again.

Relaxing, convenient and quality.

Extremely convenient, easy walk to anywhere in Paihia or over to Waitangi, fantastic pool and spa, with a beautiful lookout and a lovely beach across the road. Listening to the waves crashing at night adds to the relaxation. Love it and we'll be back.

This property is conveniently located across the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The kayak rental is across the street too. We had access to their laundry facility. The place is newly renovated. Comfortable beds, great shower and there was everything we needed in the kitchenette. Highly recommend this hotel!

A bit 1950s, but super nice people. We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very nice, but the key would get stuck in the lock and needed a fancy jiggle to get it out. Owners might think about changing the locks for ones that work.
