Rooms were clean and very large. The hotels communal areas are grand and beautifully decorated but the corridors and rooms could do with refurbishment. The car park is a joke. Very enjoyable short break in Torquay. Hotel was very nice, comfortable and the facilities in the spa and pool exceptional. Hotel and room were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary food and drink in the room was also a nice touch. Nothing I can think of could have been improved. Would highly recommend.
