「Sarah & Marc met us as we arrived with a drink & a chat to welcome us. The room with en-suite was beautifully decorated, clean & quiet. The breakfast menu was very varied with fruit, cereals, juice etc to start, and a varied menu with plenty of choice for the main course, beautifully cooked. Would highly recommend. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. 「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Check in was a nightmare...one member of staff to multiple people waiting in a line.....dust around tv and no bag in bins or properly clean rooms.no info about ev charging and more annoying was car park was full yet when i popped out just for 5mins my spot was taken...parking should be allocated per room」

「The breakfast was made of decent quality ingredients, it tasted delicious! James, Christine & Co are lovely, super friendly and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The pictures don't do the place justice. It is a relaxed atmosphere with a self-service bar with available snacks. The Paignton Pier with arcades, shops & other dining options is 10 minutes walk on the flat. James & Christine have lots of amazjng options to help cater your stay to you. 」

「Was a lovely stay overall, a couple cleanliness issues with the comforter on the bed having old hair on it but otherwise was a lovely kept room and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Paignton and an amazing location. I will be back soon!」
