"We went to check in at 3 pm (their standard time) and they said our room wasn’t ready yet. We went to dinner. Came back at 5:20 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We asked for the manager (Mikayla) and she said the cleaning team was slowly working and there was nothing that she could do. That is completely unacceptable and if they can’t manage simple tasks such as this they should probably close until they can."
