Friendly, polite staff, clean, comfortable rooms, well kept gardens, different pool options and great selection from buffet breakfast. Our favourite area is Santrian Club as not only is the pool and gardens beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful and you are entertained by the squirrels!"

"Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied! "
