「Room was ok. But communication could have been better.」

「Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.」

「Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Amber Cove Residence. The unit had a beautiful sea view and was fully furnished with useful amenities such as a water dispenser, air conditioning, water heater, and washing machine, WIFI which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. The only downside was the delay in receiving the room check-in details, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Other than that, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.」

「Cleanliness can be improved. Water filter needs changing as it is moldy. Otherwise, what you pay is what you get 」

「如果要烹飪最好先檢查鍋具，我們購買食材後才發現鍋子是壞的，聯絡房東隔天送來一個無法感應電磁爐的鍋子，十分傻眼。但如果沒有要烹飪，住宿是很不錯的」
