"The location is superb and the building is beautiful. The staff was very pleasant, and Nicole Stetz at Gold and Christine in the spa were exceptionally wonderful. And the staff in the Gold lounge were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
On the less positive side, the carpets could use a good cleaning, and the pillows and drapes in the room did not match the quality expected. A bucket of ice took nearly an hour to arrive. The HVAC system is quite loud, and on 2 mornings, a very loud lawn mower and leaf blower could be heard just after 8am."
