"They don’t even put the garbage bags in the garbage cans. If you want to use one, you have to put the bag in yourself. The heater made a ridiculous amount of noise all night long. The only saving grace is their bellhops are awesome. And the shuttle to the airport is great."

"Room was clean and it’s nice property in the downtown area. Right on Burrard so a walk straight down to Canada Place and the waterfront. BC place is also within walking distance. Staff is great."

"From the pictures, I expected a lot better. I understand this is a “historical” hotel but the decor, especially in the room, is so outdated it gives it a creepy vibe. Seriously, my room felt haunted. What is up with those red flower curtains? I had to sleep with a light on. Other notes: -The fitness room is very dissapointing. Only one treadmill out of several machines other worked. -The staff was very pleasant to interact with. I did not try the onsite restauraunt/bar. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. "
