「I’m not sure if the beds in this motel had been changed before we arrived. When we unfolded the blankets around 9 PM to sleep, we found hair on the double bed, which was really off-putting. I then checked one of the single beds and, upon closer inspection, noticed hair there as well. Normally, sheets should be changed between guests, but since it was already late, we didn’t want to confront the owner about it. The manager was incredibly helpful and proactive, coordinating our check-in and providing a seamless self-check-in option for our late arrival. They also kindly let us store our bags after check-out, which gave us the freedom to explore the local scenery unencumbered.
