「On checking in, we realised my daughter had booked using my Short/ preferred name, not full name. The older lady ant the reception (could be the Manager) asked us to pay by cash as the name on the booking was different to the name on my card (even if my bank account has my full name and nick name). 「Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible」
