"Nice clean hotel. Great location to everything in Monterey and Pacific grove. Staff was great. Microwave was toast and the housekeeper carried a new one up stairs 10min after i told her. Yes i carried the old one down for her...(: Wish they had a few breakfast items besides coffee but no big deal for the price of the rooms."

Sunset Inn

Sunset Inn

8/10 Good
"Really nice homey place, outstandingly quiet. The Hotels.com property description is totally accurate. The decent continental breakfast is served in the office throughout the whole day, not in the mornings only. Parking is convenient. We were quite happy with our stay there and do not hesitate to recommend the inn to anyone. I gave 4 stars to Sunset Inn, as I consider this as the highest rate for the service one can expect. 5 stars I reserve for some pleasant surprises"

Bide-A-Wee Inn

Bide-A-Wee Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Older semi-rustic place close to ocean, off the beaten path in Pacific Grove. Come here to get out of the hustle and bustle of Monterey. Some of the rooms have ocean views, and you can hear the ocean. Big on charm and location, but if you are looking for lots of amenities, then this might not be for you. We’ll definitely come back because we like rustic charm."
