「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...

「Stayed here over the Christmas week. We were very impressed with Anemi. Spacious and well equipped and quiet rooms, comfy bed, good walk in shower, proper sized towels and great to have the kitchen facilities even if we didn't use them very much. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and we felt well looked after. The breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of choice on offer and kept well stocked.
