Graduate by Hilton Fayetteville AR
6/10 Okay
"The staff is great- very clean room. Decorations and ambiance are on point. Air conditioning was not awesome, but they sent someone to work on it- but really just an issue bc it’s older. The bed wasn’t great/ had a divot on my side/ like a sinkhole. I got a decent price, so was ok with it- and the location is awesome.
Pros: convenient/great location, clean, good customer service, clean.
Cons: AC, bed, bathroom was meh."

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

"No, the airport shuttle was not available for the time we were there. They said it was because of the ACHA Hockey Championships bein held in the Centenne Arena, they were concentrating on that service.
There are two shuttle busses sitting in front of the hotel. Yes, I used the shuttle to the rink, but it was not always available.
We were promised a room cleaning twice while we were there from March 14 to 20. We had to ask for new towels and where to empty the garbage. The last day, the 19, a maid came to our room to see if we wanted it cleaned, I declined. The hallways had litter in the floors for 2 or 3 days in a row.
I stay in a lot of hotels, for the price, the service was less than adequate. If they are short on staff and we have to do their job, I should think the price should reflect this."

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed a comfortable 2 day stay at The Drury Plaza Hotel. The room was clean and adequate , the lobby area was inviting and the staff was very courteous. The meals were delicious and the Happy Hour was a welcome addition to the stay . I will definitely stay at another Drury Hotel for my future travels."

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

"Great place to stay! Breakfast was wonderful! Had the breakfast every morning I stayed and it was worth it!! Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. Clean an we had no problems! Would stay again and would recommend! It’s also close to a “Wally’s” so after our long drive and not wanting to drive far again. It was located in a nice little area for us to shoot across to visit this big gas station and get food & souvenirs! "

The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center
8/10 Good
"Building is outdated but it was clean. They have 2 pools and 2 hot tubs but there are three buildings so they were crowded. Breakfast tasted good but everyone on property went to one room that felt like we were eating in a mess hall at camp. Lines were long for food. The first room the put us in was on 2nd floor and we heard the footsteps of people above us every step they took and they weren’t even loud just walking. We asked to be moved to top floor and they moved us with no problem and that was much better. "

Capitol Plaza Hotel Jefferson City

"Clean. Excellent staff. "

Westgate Branson Woods Resort and Cabins
10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean although the walls are very thin. We could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and it woke my children multiple times. "

Still Waters Resort
4/10 Poor
"3 hours late to getting our room ready, threw off our schedule by quite a bit, jacuzzi dirty, strong weed smells, amenities available but all close pretty early and disclaimers that they might close early if they feel like, tvs aren't modern, no streaming. Probably better suited for families with young ones who plan on not being in the hotel long and turn in early."

University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Springfield
6/10 Okay
"Lets just start with the bad. The room smelled horrible. Luckily we had brought our own air purifier with us like we do for every hotel. There were no updated usb-c plug ins anywhere in the rooms. Very few outlets in the rooms. Had to unplug lamps to use power outlets. What kind of hotel in 2026 doesnt have usb-c outlets? The window coverings had stains all over them. We asked for ajoining rooms and apparently Expedia notes arent read by the hotel so we had to have rooms apart. The hotel didnt even try to do anything to fix it or accommodate us, but just made excuses instead. No free breakfast. They have a restaurant inside that is pricey, so we got our own breakfast. The good was the beds were comfortable enough for a good night sleep. The hotel was quiet and no teenagers running everywhere like other hotels. The location was good for our purposes. Pool and gym were decent even though some weights were missing. Other than that, not much else to say about the hotel. It was just an average stay. "
