"Room was ok and probably would stay again for the money I paid. However, my first night there I had no towels. I was told the bar would open at 6 so returned down to get myself a soft drink. They didn’t have any in the fridge so got the last one from the cupboard and it was warm. Google does say there is breakfast but there isn’t. The hot water also took ages. I nearly have up and was gonna report it as no hot water but thought I’d wait. And it eventually between 3 to 5 mins every time. The room needs a lot of tlc."

"Lift "Out of Order", Jacuzzi "Out of Order", Chef "Out of Order". This is not a 4 star hotel, they seem to be struggling to maintain it and staff it sufficiently. After waiting one hour ten minutes for our food, two out of three meals were awful; dry, tasteless and covered in red chillies to disguise them. Most staff were lovely, they have a tough job there though."

"I liked the hotel overall and thought the staff were all really nice! The swimming pool and steam room were good and bar was nice too! The reception areas also nice! My issue however was we were given a room that absolutely reeked of dog! As we’d been to races and then went to health club we didn’t really notice until 10pm and couldn’t be bothered to change! Seems there had been a doggie convention there a few days before and although sanitised and clean the room really smelled! I’d give the hotel another go but dont think they should put guests in rooms until smell has gone ! I’d ask to move next time ! Bed was super comfortable though and I think overall was good value stay"

"Where to start. 1st room was strange as bed was made but old tissues on it, the towels were wet and hung over cupboard door, an old pair of mens pants were on the bathroom floor and the toilet very used and unflushed! 2nd room, walked in and someone had already checked in to this room with bags on the bed, but they were out (not very secure) 3rd room air conditioning broken (hottest days of the year) but put up with 2 fans as was so tired from travelling. Not a great stay......."
