"Easter Weekend, arrived on Good Friday 2pm to be told to go back at 3pm, which was the proper check-in time. We were allowed to leave bags and took the opportunity to explore area. Got back at 3pm to face a queue of guests waiting to check in and only 1 person on desk. When we got to speak to teh person on the desk we were told that our check in details have not come through, but she had all our info, asked for payment and asked us to wait and that she would get back to us. We went to the bar and ordered a drink, waited for approx 45 mins before heading back to the desk to find out what was the delay. At this point she said all was OK and gave us the room entry card. Room was of good size and clean, bathroom was also clean although it would have been better to have glasses instead of plastic cups. Bed was comfortable. Room view was to the street, which was fine. The hotel is well situated and has a few nice family restaurants near by. Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming, helpful and bright. Spa/Swimming Pool was a bit of a hit and miss, we did not see anybody attending it, the gym is fairly tired and in need of new equipment. The Pool is good and big enough to exercise as well as just enjoy a splash. The jacuzzi is also of good size and enjoyable. THe Sauna is good, but could do with a bit of aroma. The Steam Room was nice, but was not working all the time. The bar was also decent and it seem to be popular for afternoon tea. Parking is NOT FREE."

"Overall, the experience was very good. The room was perfect for our needs and with a great sea view. Most of the services and the quality of food was very good - along with the ease of parking and the Hotel's excellent location. My only criticism would be that there was no bottled water supplied in the room - nor any real choice of tea. On the services side, only a two-course dinner was available in the evening from the kitchen and no light snacks or room service were possible. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay."

"One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect."
