「This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. 「All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!」

「I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.」

「There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. But the photos showed a sink/counter area and a larger refrigerator. Not a great choice for mid length or monthly stays. No coffee maker, but there is a waffle house and another restaurant in the same parking lot. All in all great for the money if your only staying a night or two. I work at night and a door hanger that lets the staff know I don't need house keepers ng would've been nice as well.」

They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!」

「It was awful. They gave us a room that was already occupied and then the front desk lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.」
