「I like this hotel easy parking 」

「Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested. 「Great location」

「Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.」

「The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.」

「冷氣出風口太吵雜。 但櫃檯服務人員與維修技工服務態度很好，努力協助解決問題。」

「Just stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was nice. It was a pleasant day. The staff was very helpful and I’ll stay again.」

「Hotel smelled like marijuana and found mold in my room. Staff did not offer to refund or apologize, instead switched us to a room that was also dirty. There were stains across the walls as and on the furniture and the shower was not cleaned. The rooms smell of mildew.」
