「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」

「The location is good which is near to merto station and easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal .The room is clean and tidy. Just some of free items like tea bag, coffee capsule are not refill daily. Other than these , everything is good. It is appreciated that Hotel strives to improves the facilities e.g place coffee machine, new iron which definitely provide a nice feeling for the customers. The restaurant in hotel is nice. Good food and nice staff. i would recommend my friends to stay in...

「The staffs r very nice and helpful! Facilities are wonderful!Rooms r clean! The experience and satisfaction of the stay is more than I expected! 「Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist mit der Straßenbahn von Amsterdam Central leicht zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe um z.B. Getränke unterwegs günstig zu kaufen. Ein Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und zuvorkommenden Service. Frühstück und Abendessen sind lecker und ließen keine Wünsche offen.」

「Very close to the central station and easy walk to the famous canal/busy district. Very nice view to the train tracks but without noises. My second stay here. Definitely will come again.」

「Walk from airport to hotel is about 5 min after you exit the building. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. Check in counter reception wasn’t really able to answer my question about stored luggage until I asked to speak to their manager who helped to solve my question. 」
