「The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly.
Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct.」
