「The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor. Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items. Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there.」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. 「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「房間寬敞，離車站不算遠，步行約10分鐘內。 有附早餐是個很不錯的優勢，簡單的麵包跟水果、優格，提供出門遊玩的旅人能量出發一天的旅程。 房間雖然有些許灰塵，但還算整潔，可惜在最後一天的新毛巾有污漬，像拿去擦過排泄物，令人失望。 」
